Fear Is Exhausting!

The thoughts we think create the energy we experience in our bodies, because with each thought or emotion we have, our brains release chemicals that literally cause our bodies to feel how we are thinking.


That is why when you recall a joyful memory you literally feel happy and energized just as when you recall a sad memory you could easily cry as though it just happened.


Today I am guided to remind you that at any moment, throughout the day,

you have the choice to feel however you want.


All you have to do is be a mindful regulator of your thoughts. How you feel will tell you what types of thoughts are on replay in your head.


If you are feeling energized, you most likely are in a state of mind that is fostering creative, intuitive thoughts, thus compelling you to do things that you enjoy.


That energizing feeling is what love feels like.


The key is to recognize, if you are feeling energized or if you are feeling exhausted, then track that feeling back to the repetitive thoughts and memories you’ve been thinking about.


Change those, and you will change how you feel.


This is important because your feelings guide the universe as to what to manifest for you.


For example, if you are thinking happy thoughts, that emotion triggers your brain to create more chemicals that make your body feel good. When you continually feel good in your body, you get motivated and excited.


That feeling of excitement sends a message to the universe to match that excitement with physical manifestations of joy - for you to be exactly where you need to in order to get exactly what you have been needing or wanting.


The universe has everything waiting and cued up for you. The examples are endless.
