After my father died I was thrust onto my spiritual path. It was at that time my Spirit Guides began to teach me how to channel the divine universal force of energy through my hands for the purpose of healing. They gently guided me where to lay my hands on a client, how to breathe and what herbs, essential oils and crystals would facilitate the physical and emotional growth of each person that came for therapy. It was an exhilarating experience. I began to immerse myself in workshops and read every book I could get my hands on. I also found several mentors to guide me along.
As my awareness grew and my desire to advance my work flamed into a passion, God called me to Boulder, CO. Once here, I began to formally study body centered psychotherapy, archetypal psychotherapy, guided imagery and traditional therapy techniques, ethics and guidelines. I was excited. Once I graduated with my Masters degree I began to work with clients and found that my Guides would speak to me during therapy sessions. They would tell me what technique to use with each client and how to modify the technique to meet the client’s need and move them towards their highest growth. I was fascinated and began to record sessions and take notes so that I could understand the fine art of providing a personalized session developed on the spot for each client! Today, I practice what I call “Soul Talk Therapy.”
What I have developed is a powerful transpersonal approach to psychotherapy that reaches beyond the usual limits of the ego and personality. During a session I will gently teach you how to utilize your breath to connect to your body, identify where the pain, fear and emotional dis-ease lives, while guiding you deep within your psyche where you will receive inner guidance and discover what truly is needed for your highest growth. We will then explore the guidance you receive and develop a plan of action so that you may go back into the world armed with the tools needed to journey forward feeling empowered, courageous, brave enough to express your true self and loved. You are deserving of all these and more.
