Hailey is busy creating a powerful weekly "dial in" support group designed to keep your eye on "feeling fabulous" rather than counting calories and watching the pounds on the scale. We will participate in activities such as mandala coloring, journaling and guided meditation, to name a few, along with candid discussions about how each of us got through the week at practicing and maintaining balance within our minds, bodies and spirits.
